The test pressure is generated: - hydraulic unit of the firm “Hofer” (design pressure - 250 MPa, (guaranteed up to 105 MPa) capacity - 60 l/h, working medium - water); - hydraulic unit PT-1-1-400 (maximum pressure - 40 MPa, capacity - 1000 l/h, working medium - water); - hydraulic unit GN 600-800 (maximum pressure - 60 MPa, capacity - 800 l/h, working medium - water); - high pressure pumping station NSVD-2500 (maximum pressure - 250 MPa, capacity - 6 l/h, working medium - oil). Laboratory equipment: pressure gauges, pressure sensors "Metran-100 DI" and "MIDA-DI-13P", ultrasonic thickness gauge TUZ-2, dynamic hardness tester TDM-2 "Beam" (HB), video endoscope MIJS 3000, coercimeter KRM-Ts-K2M , video camera, camera, water jacket, kit for color flaw detection, etc. Visual, capillary and magnetic control of products is carried out. Additional equipment: press of 50 tons, Press of 500 tons, rolls, etc.  The laboratory's premises meet the conditions necessary for testing, including large-sized products weighing up to 15 tons. The laboratory is staffed with competent personnel with many years of experience in pressure testing of products. Test results according to DSTU ISO/IEC 17025-2006 are transmitted to the Customer in the minutes.  Test process control - remote. Testing pressure is monitored using working and control manometers of accuracy class not lower than 0.6, duplicated by the system of automatic recording (on an electronic carrier) of pressure in real time using pressure sensors "Metran-100 DI", 0-100 MPa (accuracy class 0.5), and "MIDA-DI-13P", 0-160 MPa, (accuracy class 0.5). Tests are conducted with video surveillance. When testing vessels with a small internal volume, receiver systems are used to reduce loading rates.  The laboratory also has the ability to: - production of small stamped welded cylinders from sheet steel; - tests of cylinders for volumetric expansion; - together with subcontractors to produce and test samples for tensile and impact strength, as well as to determine the chemical composition of steels and their structure.
